The Company informed the Financial Market Commission, as an Essential Fact, that in an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on August 18, 2022, by the unanimous vote of the shareholders, the Board of Directors of the Company was renewed, being composed of Mrs. Francisca Castro Fones and Mr. César Augusto Ramírez Rojas, Mr. Francisco Javier Castro Crichton, Mr. Xue Yu, and Mr. Juan Pablo Schaeffer Fabres.
